What we collect

• Waitlist: your email address, and your first name if you choose to give it.
• Contact and deck requests: the details you enter in the contact form (such as your name, email and message).
• Basic analytics: aggregate, anonymous usage data such as page visits and country. No tracking cookies, no cross-site profiling.

How we use it

• To add you to the waitlist and tell you when Ruckgen launches.
• To reply to your enquiry and send any investor materials you request.
• To give you a product recommendation and, if you ask, email it to you.
• To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used so we can improve it.

Legal basis

Under UK GDPR we rely on your consent (for the waitlist and for emailing your quiz match) and on our legitimate interests (to respond to enquiries, run basic analytics, and operate the site). You can withdraw consent at any time.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of trusted providers to run the site, and we never sell your data:

• Formspree processes form submissions and delivers them to us.
• Cloudflare provides hosting, content delivery and privacy-first analytics.
• Google Fonts serves the site's fonts and, in doing so, receives your IP address as part of the request.

Cookies

This site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Any analytics we use is cookieless. Your browser may store a small local flag to remember that you dismissed our cookie notice; that stays on your device and is not shared.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist and enquiry data only for as long as we need it for the purpose above (for example, until launch plus a reasonable follow-up period), then delete it.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to processing, or withdraw consent, at any time. Just email laura@ruckgen.com. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes

We will update this page if our practices change, and revise the date at the top.
